bday recap
my birthday party was great for a few reasons:
- at wonder bar, thanks to john, the lovely owner
- many friends from all walks of my life and times in new york (and a few from beyond that)
- friends that i don't get to see hardly ever
- friends that i work with and see all the time, in a different and better context
- people saying nice things about me
